Ten Natural Anti Aging Tips

We know that food plays an important role in our overall health. And we must not forget that even the aging process can be slow if we eat healthy.
Then I put 10 meals to help you look younger:

1. Beans: Good news! This food is loaded so common lignan, a substance that prevents breast cancer. Eat a half cup of beans two or three times a week.

2. Blueberries, strawberries, cherries and blackberries: The high content of polyphenols, these fruits protect the brain changes caused by aging. Eat half a cup of this fruit every day.


3. Cruciferous Vegetables: These vegetables contain a compound that protects women from hormonal changes caused by aging. Eat a cup of cruciferous vegetables at least once a week.


4. Tomatoes: The high content of lycopene, tomatoes protects against heart disease and helps maintain cholesterol levels. Tomato efficiency increases when cooked in olive oil. Eat cooked tomato half cup of at least twice a week.


5. Turmeric: The spice turmeric is very effective in preventing East arthritis. This spice also strengthens the immune system. Add half a teaspoon to your meals, three or four days a week.


6. Garlic: alicin containing garlic protects the heart, regulate cholesterol and blood pressure. Also helps in preventing hardening of the arteries. Eat a clove of garlic daily or at least four times a week.


7. Spinach: Contains lutein, which protects the eyes from macular degeneration. It also contains antioxidants that protect skin from free radicals and delay the onset of wrinkles and aging. Eat a cup spinach three times a week.


8. Olive oil: The monounsaturated fats containing olive oil increases the good cholesterol and reduce bad. They also keep skin cells healthy and wrinkle free. Eat two or three tablespoons of olive oil a day.


9. Green tea contains powerful antioxidants that help prevent the formation of tumors and kill cancer cells. On the other hand give effect to normal cells that were about to die which helps to combat psoriasis, rosacea and wrinkles.


10. Salmon: The high content of Omega - 3 is a powerful anti inflammatory. Also prevents depression.
