To prepare a mask that works as a conditioner for all hair types, mix 1/2 banana, 1/4 cantaloupe, 1/4 avocado, a dollop of yogurt and a tablespoon of wheat germ oil in a blender. Massage the scalp with the mixture and wait at least 15 minutes before shampooing.
If your hair is very dry, you can make a hair mask by mixing two whole eggs with four tablespoons of olive oil. Apply the mixture through your hair, then cover the scalp with plastic wrap. Wait 10 to 15 minutes, remove the plastic, and proceed to use the shampoo as usual.
